We track how clients describe their experience after receiving a Context Report.

We note that "made things worse in a technically helpful way" is reported by clients as a positive outcome 71% of the time. Accuracy, even uncomfortable accuracy, is generally preferred to comfortable ignorance. We have found this to be true across most client demographics. We have also found exceptions.
